The Universe Silver™ Mobile App lets you manage your account while you’re on the go. We'll help you stay in control of your money and unlock its full potential:

• View and manage your Universe Silver Deposit Account anytime, 24/7
• Keep track of your spending
• Pay your bills from your phone
• Locate withdrawal and deposit locations
• Disable your Universe Silver Debit Card on the app if it’s been lost or stolen

Universe Silver is an FDIC-insured deposit account. Direct Deposit¹ allows you to take your account to the next level! You can get paid up to 2 days early² and qualify for additional features such as Purchase Cushion and Optional Overdraft Protection³.

Universe Silver accounts are currently in a limited release. Visit universesilver.com to sign up for updates and be the first to know when we will begin to open accounts to more customers.

1 A fee of up to $2.00 per transaction applies. May take up to three (3) business days to process.

2 In order for you to be paid early, your payroll or benefits payment provider must submit the deposit early. It is important to note that your payroll or benefits payment provider may not submit the deposit or payment early each payment period. Be sure to ask your payroll or benefits payment provider when they submit your deposit information to the bank for processing. Early deposit of funds will begin upon the 2nd qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is defined as a direct deposit greater than $5.00 received from the same payer.

3 Overdraft Protection limit is inclusive of Overdraft Protection Fees. Transactions covered by overdraft protection are debit card transactions. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay a transaction that could overdraw your account, your transaction will be declined. We will charge you a fee of $15 each time we pay a transaction that overdraws your deposit account by more than $15, up to 4 times monthly. The $15 fee will not be charged if your deposit account balance at the end of the day, after all items have posted, is brought back to a positive balance of $0 or greater. Please refer to your Deposit Account Agreement for additional details regarding fees.

To be eligible for enrollment in Optional Overdraft Protection an initial minimum qualifying direct deposit of $200 is required with a $200 direct deposit monthly thereafter.

The Universe Silver™ Deposit Account is established by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC. The Universe Silver™ Debit Card is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. Certain fees, terms, and conditions are associated with the approval, maintenance, and use of the Card. If you have any questions regarding your Deposit Account or Card, you should consult your Deposit Account Agreement or contact us toll-free at 800-483-6634, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
